DEADLINES
The Kids Directory is a monthly publication and we print twomonths at a time. Twelve separate monthly issues . . . with only six
deadlines! Listings need to be the same text per printing and ads
may change any month.
Space reservations and ad copy for new ads and
changes are due by 8th of each deadline month.
Final proofing and client provided ads are due by
12th of each deadline month.

AD PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
If you'd like to use our professional design services, please provide us withyour logo, pictures and text via email. Proofs will be sent in PDF format via
email. Ad creation is $45 plus anyfee for materials required. Revisions are $15 - $30.
If you use your own design service, please submit your ad in one of these
formats: PDF, TIF, EPS, JPG, Photoshop PSD file, Adobe Illustrator AI file (with
text converted to outlines) or an InDesign document (with art and
fonts included). Ads must be CMYK and 300 dpi in resolution. If the ad file is
to large to email, please use www.yousendit.com.
Any files found to have problems will be returned for adjustment. There will be a handling or
correction fee charged back to the client for ads not submitted in correct
format, size and color.
Ads created by the Twin Cities Kids Directory are copyrighted and remain the property of the Twin Cities Kids Directory Ads cannot be reproduced in any form without written permission from Twin Cities Kids Directory along with the usage fee.
